Our story
Pathworks Financial was founded with a straightforward premise: the independent advisor model is broken for advisors who care most about doing the work well. They're stretched too thin. They're running compliance, operations, and portfolio management on top of serving clients — and something always suffers.
We set out to build something different. A firm where advisors have real support, a real team, and a real culture — without giving up the independence and relationship-first approach that made them good advisors in the first place.
With more than 30 years of combined experience in wealth management and financial planning, the Pathworks team understands what advisors need because we've been there. We've felt the strain of running a practice alone. We know what it means to prioritize client relationships in an industry that often doesn't.
How we operate
Pathworks Financial is an SEC Registered Investment Advisor operating as a fiduciary. That means we are legally and ethically obligated to act in the best interest of our clients — always. It's not a marketing line. It's the standard we hold ourselves and every advisor on our team to.
